Contact the IAESTE representatives in your country in order to discuss sourcing IAESTE trainees and how to get involved

A few useful things to consider:

Duration

• Placements can be from a minimum of 6 weeks to a maximum of 52 weeks.

Living allowance

• All IAESTE trainees must receive a living allowance or wage to cover food, accommodation and travel to and from work, with a small amount towards cultural and social activities to allow the student to benefit from living in your country.

Quality work placement

• A solid job description describing, in as much detail as possible, the work the trainee will be expected to complete, will help manage expectations on both sides.
  It is easier for all parties if a clear supervisor can be allocated for managing the student through the project, from the very beginning.
